Abstract

Global health inequity remains a persistent challenge, disproportionately affecting populations in resource-constrained settings with limited infrastructure, workforce, and financing. This work examines how health-enhancing innovations can bridge these gaps by prioritizing affordability, accessibility, and scalability. Emphasis is placed on frugal innovations, mobile health technologies, and context-specific service delivery models that respond to local needs. By leveraging digital tools, community engagement, and cross-sector collaboration, such innovations strengthen health systems and expand equitable access to essential care. The discussion will highlight the importance of inclusive design, policy support, and sustainable implementation to ensure that innovation translates into meaningful health outcomes for underserved communities worldwide.
