Two-Day Intensive Training on India’s New Labour Codes (2025) Compliance, Practical Implementation & Readiness
About the Workshop
The Two-Day Intensive Training on India’s New Labour Codes (2025) is designed to equip HR professionals, compliance officers, employers, consultants, and organisational leaders with a clear, practical, and actionable understanding of the Four Labour Codes—Wages, Industrial Relations, Social Security, and OSHWC.
With the new codes reshaping India’s labour regulatory landscape, organisations must upgrade their internal systems, payroll structures, HR documentation, and compliance processes. This workshop provides a step-by-step, practitioner-oriented approach to help participants navigate these changes with confidence.
Led by Dr. Kingshuk Sarkar, a leading labour law expert, the programme blends policy insights, real-world case studies, and hands-on compliance guidance. Participants will learn how to interpret the codes, manage inspections, mitigate legal risks, and prepare their organisation for seamless transition under the new regulatory framework.
By the end of this two-day programme, participants will gain not only knowledge but also the confidence and tools needed to ensure full compliance with India’s new labour law regime.
