MV Mahesh

MV Mahesh is a Professor at MYRA School of Business.M V Mahesh is a Fellow (PhD) from IIM Bangalore with a well-rounded blend of academic, administrative, and industry experience. His professional background includes resolving supply chain issues for a leading automotive company, providing strategy and transformation advice to an international paper company, and overseeing supply chain transformation for a major FMCG company in India. Additionally he has designed a social game for a start-up in the prediction market domain. He has a keen interest in Supply Chain Risk Management, Entrepreneurship and Leadership, both as a researcher and an academic.

S Sampathraman

S Sampathraman has been elected as President of the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) for 2014-15. Sampathraman had worked in Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Nagpur and Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd, Pune. Currently, he is the Chairman and Managing Director of DPK Engineers (manufacturer of diesel power generating sets) in Bangalore.

Anil Bhardwaj

Anil Bhardwaj is the Secretary General of the Federation of Indian Micro and Small & Medium Enterprises (FISME) in New Delhi and a private sector and trade development professional. He holds master's degrees in Economics and International Trade. His specializations include industrial and trade policy issues, the promotional and regulatory environment for SMEs, and market access issues related to MSMEs in multilateral trade negotiations (like the WTO) and regional trade agreements.

He has advised on and worked on several SME development projects commissioned by multilateral and bilateral agencies, including the World Bank, ADB, UNCTAD, UNIDO, UNDP, UNESCAP, ITC (Geneva), the Asian Productivity Council (Tokyo), the EU, DFID, and GIZ. He has authored books and guides for SMEs and writes regularly on issues affecting Indian MSMEs.

He has been a two-term Governing Board member of the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad. He is currently a member of the Uttar Pradesh Economic Advisory Group, which was set up by the Government of UP to accelerate economic growth. He is also the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Intra-Commonwealth SME Association (ICSA) in London.

SK Mahajan

Mr. Suresh Kumar Mahajan is the Director of IB Solar with over three decades of experience in power solutions and renewable energy. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 1992 and later established IB Solar in 2014, leading the company’s expansion into solar manufacturing.

Subhas C Aggarwal

Mr. Subhash C. Aggarwal is the Chairman & Managing Director of SMC Global Securities Limited since inception. Mr. Aggarwal is a senior member of the management committee of ASSOCHAM and acted as a member of the expert group on behalf of ASSOCHAM working group constituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Cost Accounting Standards Board (CASB). He has also served as the Chairman of EU Business Promotion Council and National Council on Micro Finance of ASSOCHAM, Chairman/ Co-Chairman of the National Council of Capital Markets. He is also an optimist leader, administrator and contributor.

Harvinder S Nagi

Harvinder Singh Nagi is the Managing Director at Universal Hydraulics Inds, which manufactures machine tools. He is a postgraduate in Economics who transitioned from a short period of service to join the family business. With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing machine tools, he is a stalwart in the MSME sector. Harvinder is actively involved in industrial advocacy as a member of Laghu Udyog Bharati and several local industry associations across India.

Rahul Garg

Rahul Garg currently a Retired partner from Price Waterhouse and Co LLP at Life Tatva. Rahul Garg brings experience from previous roles at Price Waterhouse & Co LLP, PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt. Ltd. and Coopers & Lybrand Pvt. Ltd. Rahul is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, and a Bachelor of Science from Rohilkhand University.

Naresh K Gupta

Naresh K Gupta holds the position of CEO and serves as a Director for Fun Zoo Toys Private Limited.He is a prominent figure in the Indian toy industry, noted for his efforts in promoting quality standards and advocating for the growth of local manufacturing.He has spoken at various industry events, including the Investors Summit/Road Show for the YEIDA Toy Cluster.

Rajendra K Sinha

Dr. Rajendra Sinha is an enterprising leader & planner with 30+ Years of extensive experience with SBI Group including Top Executive assignments as Business Head- SME Mumbai Circle, and Industry Studies Vertical Head, Corporate Office; 5 years’ experience with rich contributions at State Bank Academy.

Dr Sinha has outstanding operational experiences as 3 times Regional Business Head (including Best Regional Manager & Chairman Club Awardee) and 6 times Branch Manager (Metro, Urban, Semi-urban, Rural branches).His doctoral thesis was on Asset Liability Management in banks in India. He has published over 60 Papers / articles in reputed Journals. He has spoken at Several National / International Conferences as a Speaker / Panel Experts.His current research interest includes: MSMEs Financing, Customer Services including Digital Banking; Risk Management in Banks; Credit rating slippages; SMEs Rehabilitation; NPAs Management.

Ganesaraman K

Ganesaraman K is a Professor of Practice in the Faculty of Management & Commerce at M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bangalore. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore (2021). His Ph.D thesis was on "Tech Startup Failures in India: Causal Attributes, Life Expectancy, and Exits" from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore (2021).

He is a qualified cost and management accountant from the ICWAI Institute (2013), a triple gold medalist in PGDBA from LIBA (2001), and an engineering gold medalist from Bharathidasan University (1996). He has earlier worked at GE Healthcare, Visteon, and Lucas TVS.
