Dr. Bhawana Kaushik is currently working as a Researcher at the EGROW Foundation, where she contributes to research and training initiatives in public policy and economics. She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Business Economics from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, and a B.Ed. from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak.

With over four years of full-time experience as an Assistant Professor of Economics, Dr. Kaushik has taught a wide range of foundational and advanced subjects, including Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Agricultural Economics, International Economics, Public Finance, Business Statistics, Demography, and Advanced Statistics. Her academic experience reflects both strong pedagogical skills and deep subject expertise.

She has actively contributed to published research papers and book chapters and has presented her work at several national and international conferences, enhancing her research visibility and academic contributions.
