Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur is the Principal of Mata Sundri College for Women, University of Delhi, and was previously Vice Principal at Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce since 1990.

She is a prolific author with 24 books, 9 book chapters, 25 national and 6 international research papers, and numerous articles in journals like The Sikh Review and Studies in Sikhism and Comparative Religion. Her works include translations of the Punjabi booklet "Banda Singh Bahadur Life and Martyrdom" and the English and Hindi booklet "Bhai Kanhaiya: An Apostle of Selfless Sacrifice and Peace."

Dr. Kaur has presented 17 papers at national and 11 at international conferences, including Stanford University and the World Punjabi Conference in Brampton, Canada, 2017. Her research contributions include two Innovation Projects and a Major Research Project (MRP) under the UGC. She was honored with a Siropa for her research on Banda Singh Bahadur in 2015.
