She is an expert in policy research and advocacy, M&E, documentation, strategy and brand development. Proven expertise in Education, Migration, Livelihoods, Labour Markets, Women and Child Rights, Financial Inclusion (Microfinance), and Urbanisation. She has published book on Census of Street Children in Delhi, Surviving the Streets, co-authored book on State of Indian Livelihood Report 2011 and 2013 (Sage publication), and Microfinance Literature Review (EPWRF publication) were well received by policymakers.
